Just as the seasons have their own colors, moods, and changing forms, relationships also go through different phases. Time and circumstances can transform the way people behave toward one another. Just as winter gives way to summer, autumn to spring, and every season changes the atmosphere around us, these changes affect not only our surroundings but also our bodies, minds, emotions, and temperament. In the same way, when the attitude, tone, respect, or warmth in a relationship suddenly changes, the impact reaches far beyond our thoughts—it touches our hearts and even our souls.

Kindness, understanding, and genuine affection bring peace, joy, and emotional strength, making us more patient and cheerful. But harsh words, indifference, and changing behavior can leave deep emotional scars, turning even the strongest person into someone withdrawn, anxious, or short-tempered.

The question is not whether relationships change—they always do. The real question is: What should we do when they do? Perhaps the answer lies in accepting that change is part of life, communicating honestly, protecting our self-respect, and choosing peace over resentment. We cannot control every heart, but we can choose how we respond, heal, and continue to grow with grace. FOR | JANNAN | Y | VERA
